In Matthew 28:19, Jesus told his disciples to

make disciples of all nations. World Mission Pulse001

We support and encourage one another with love in order to make disciples for Jesus.

Mission Outreach

Albion Free Methodist Church is thrilled to be part of the spread of God’s kingdom around the world.  We actively support the following two missionary families with our money and prayers:   Michael & Maria Long

  • Michael and Maria lead a thriving congregation in the center of Thessaloniki. The church, established in 2003, has a Balkan feel with Bulgarians, Albanians and Greeks in attendance. Many church members and new contacts have joined the church through the Internet Bookstore and Ministry Center, opened by the Longs in 2001. Michael and Maria are also involved in mercy ministries. The Greek FM nongovernmental organization (NGO) Anagenesis Balkan was formed to meet the needs of Balkan people in Greece and beyond. Humanitarian projects extend into Bulgaria, Kosovo, Albania and Serbia. The NGO’s Balkan Guest Home helps accommodate visitors and reaches out to another community of Thessaloniki.

Mike & Vickie Reynen The Reynens reside in Kenya and serve Free Methodists in many places around Africa. Mike’s responsibilities as Africa Area Director take him around the continent working together with our missionary team for their most effective ministries and working in partnership with national churches. In addition to providing oversight for International Child Care Ministries (ICCM) Kenya, Vickie assists Mike in the area of member care for the Africa team. Mike and Vickie coordinate VISA workers and teams throughout Africa. A high schooler, Kyle attends West Nairobi  School. Their daughters, Kelly and Kenzie, live in Indiana.
