We are located in Albion, IL, a wonderful little town with a population of around 2,000. Albion is in southern Illinois in Edwards County (of which it is the county seat) about 10 miles from the Wabash River.

Albion got its name from the early name for Great Britain. It was settled in 1818 by two Englishmen, George Flower and Morris Birkbeck, who sought land far enough south to escape frigid winters and far enough north to avoid slavery. Who can blame them on either front?

DIRECTIONS

From the North: Take 130 South to second flashing stop light. Turn right and go three blocks to Seventh Street. Turn left and go one block to Cherry Street.
From the East: Take 15 West to first flashing stop light. Turn left. Go to first flashing stop light. Turn right and go three blocks to Seventh Street. Turn left and go one block to Cherry Street.
From the South: Take 130 North to first flashing stop light. Turn left and go three blocks to Seventh Street. Turn left and go one block to Cherry Street.
From the West: Take 15 East to Seventh Street. Turn right and go one block to Cherry Street.
